Overview

Part of LSL Property Services plc, PRIMIS Mortgage Network are the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with over 1000 firms as business partners and circa 3000 advisors working alongside us. We are seeking a highly experienced individual from the intermediary marketplace to join the dynamic PRIMIS Sales Team as Regional Sales Director for the Midlands region.

The role will involve supporting some 200 partner Mortgage and Protection advisory firms in the Midlands with around 500 writing advisors in total within the region. The role is wide ranging and varied but will include:

• Relationship management
• Driving the sales result across Protection, Mortgage and GI
• Business planning with firm Principals
• Welcoming new firms into the region

The Sales Director will be supported by the Regional Sales Manager. This team will work closely with each other to deliver on the objectives set.

The role is field based. We are specifically looking for the candidate to be living within the region.

The role will provide a strong base salary of between £55,000 - £65,000 DOE and negotiable with an OTE of £85,000 - £90,000

The car allowance payable with this role is included in the base salary specified.
