Regional Operations & Relationship Manager

Community Health Partnerships (CHP), a wholly owned company of the Department of Health and Social Care, is hiring a Regional Operations & Relationship Manager to support the day‑to‑day management of NHS LIFT buildings in the South & East of England.

Job Summary

This role provides relief support across the South & East region and supports projects as required. Key duties include overseeing property compliance, ensuring high standards of tenant engagement and satisfaction, managing relationships with service providers, supporting contract and safety compliance, and contributing to community engagement initiatives. A structured, proactive approach is essential for effective workload planning and relationship building.
