• Experience training in statutory & mandatory induction and refresher training subjects.
• Ability to deliver training face to face or by Zoom.
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver training support needed across 240 care homes and hospitals.
• Support homes to meet induction and training standards.
• Report to Head of Quality & Continuous Improvement and L&D team.
