A leading HR technology company is seeking an Implementation Consultant to support clients with their applicant tracking system. This role involves guiding customers through setup, creating effective workflows, and building lasting relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone with recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, or client‑facing implementation experience to join IRIS and play an important part in how organisations across the UK manage their hiring.
You’ll work with new customers as they get started with Networx – our award‑winning applicant tracking system used by thousands of HR and Talent teams. Your role is to help clients understand how the system fits their recruitment needs, configure it in a way that works for them, and make sure they feel confident and supported from the moment they sign up.
If you’ve worked in recruitment, HR tech, ATS platforms, or SaaS onboarding, this role will feel like home.
