A specialist support services provider in the UK is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You will be responsible for screening and placing care professionals while ensuring a safe and compliant recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruitment and familiarity with health and social care. This hybrid role requires attendance at Head Office three days a week. From our beginnings as a single service in London, we have grown to 43 services across South-East England, including Basingstoke, Worthing, London, Norfolk and Peterborough. We currently support over 270 individuals and employ more than 1,000 dedicated colleagues across supported living and residential services.
The Recruitment Consultant will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, screening and placing care professionals including Support Workers, Team Leaders, and Registered Managers. You will play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and values-led recruitment.
This is a Hybrid role, requiring attendance at Head Office three days per week.
