A leading children's holiday camp provider in Alcester is seeking a Recruitment & Staffing Lead to manage the seasonal recruitment cycle. You will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and supporting staff for nationwide camps, ensuring high-quality recruitment standards. This hands-on role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the potential for a permanent position.
