Weekend Veterinary Receptionist

£13.20ph plus benefits

Role Overview
  • First point of contact:
    • Serve as an initial point of contact for clients during emergency situations, whether through calls or in person visits, including greeting all clients, answering calls, booking appointments, and handling financial transactions.
  • Administration:
    • Manage administrative duties in clinic accurately, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
    • Providing updates to veterinary staff about patients en route or clients requiring assistance.
  • Client Support:
    • Be a friendly and reassuring presence, offering support and information when clients need it most.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.
Working pattern
Role 1

1:4 Saturdays from 12:00 to 18:00

Every Sunday from 08:00 to 15:00

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.

Role 2

Every other Friday from 18:00 to 00:00

Every Sunday from 09:00 to 16:00

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
