Grove Surgery in Thetford has a fantastic opportunity for a receptionist to join our team on a full time basis, for 37.5 hours per week, days and times to be discussed at interview.
In this essential front-line role at the practice, receptionists help patients to access the right services, assist with keeping health records accurate and up-to-date, and ensure that appointment bookings are well-managed.

Grove Surgery has a list size of 13000 patients andare a teaching practice supporting the training of nursing associates, physician associates, medical students and GP registrars.
We have a dedicated research unit and are leading the way in Norfolk for research. There may be an opportunity to work in dual locations between the research unit and surgery.
We have an exceptional multi-disciplinary team including nurses, HCA's, a social prescriber, a care-coordinator, paramedics, physician associates, a clinical pharmacist, and pharmacy technician who work alongside our GPs to ensure our patients receive the best care available.
