Job summary

A hospitality group in Honiton is seeking a customer-focused Receptionist to join their front of house team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will ensure a high standard of service and effective communication across departments. Experience in a similar role is beneficial but full training will be provided. Job description

Location: THE PIG-at Combe, Honiton, EX14 3AD

Salary: OTE £13.21 per hour, including tronc.

Hours: 35 hours per week, over 5 days.

We are currently looking for a customer focused Receptionist to join our front of house team.

The front desk at THE PIG is essentially the hub of the hotel, being the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see. First impressions are everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible.

As Receptionist you will be a first point of contact for our hotel guests. We are looking for someone who loves to make guests smile every day and has high standards of service and great attention to detail.

Communication is key, as you will be required to answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and maintain constant channels of communication with all departments in the hotel.

Experience within a similar role and knowledge of Opera Fidelio is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
