KOREC specialises in providing measurement solutions, surveying equipment, and mapping systems for the geospatial, engineering, and construction sectors across the UK and Ireland.

Job Purpose

The Reception Administrator will be responsible for managing reception duties, including greeting visitors, organising meeting bookings, handling calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Huntingdon office.

Working Hours

25 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 08:00–13:00

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and ensure their enquiry is directed to the relevant person.
  • Order food, stationery, and other consumable items.
  • Manage meeting and training room bookings in Huntingdon and Liverpool.
  • Answer, direct, and make phone calls as appropriate.
  • Provide administrative support to Huntingdon-based teams.
  • Handle general enquiries and administrative tasks.
  • Manage facilities-related tasks and liaise with suppliers (cleaning, waste, maintenance, etc.).
  • Carry out other duties and tasks as required.
  • Comply with Health and Safety processes to safeguard the interests of the business, employees, and customers.
