Join the West Midlands Growth Company as our new Real Estate Marketing & Communications Manager and take the lead on positioning the West Midlands as one of the UK’s most exciting investment and development destinations.
This is a unique opportunity to craft narratives that influence institutional investors, developers, and property leaders, while delivering high-impact campaigns around major events like MIPIM, UKREiiF, and LREF. From strategy to content to on-site activation, you’ll own the full marketing lifecycle across multiple channels.
Lead Strategy & Planning: Deliver a full-funnel marketing and comms strategy for real estate audiences, including segmentation, KPIs, and campaign planning.
Champion Place Branding: Shape the regional real estate narrative with clear messaging and compelling storytelling.
Own Content Creation: Produce high-quality B2B content,from thought leadership to social media, case studies, newsletters and more.
Deliver Multi-Channel Campaigns: Execute across digital, events, PR, and media partnerships to keep the West Midlands front of mind.
Drive Media Relations: Build editorial pipelines with titles like Place Midlands, and secure impactful regional and national coverage.
Lead Real Estate Event Communications: Oversee all content and comms around regional presence at MIPIM, UKREiiF and LREF, including digital programmes, branding, and post-event comms.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with BD, marketing, capital investment, and external partners.
Promote a Region with Purpose: Help connect property investment with social value, regeneration and inclusive growth narratives.
You’re a confident writer and strategic thinker with experience in real estate, place marketing, economic development or similar sectors. You know how to manage complex campaigns, balance competing priorities, and build partnerships that amplify messaging and impact.
