Job description
Overview

The Real Estate Finance Associate will support BCLP’s market‑leading Real Estate Finance practice by working on complex, high‑value transactions across the UK and internationally. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, draft key finance documents, and build client relationships in a fast‑paced, flexible environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist on Real Estate Finance and CRE Structured Debt deals for a wide range of assets, including offices, residential, retail, hotels, and logistics.
  • Draft finance documents such as facility agreements, fee letters, syndication letters, mezzanine documentation, priority arrangements and intercreditor agreements.
  • Support the project management of deals alongside partners, associates and paralegals.
  • Contribute to sector and specialist experience teams to develop expertise and share knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Good understanding of Real Estate Finance concepts and market awareness.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage work proactively in a high‑paced environment.
  • Commercial focus with the ability to provide clear, concise and practical advice.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across the firm.
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring junior colleagues.
