Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a management role within rail, infrastructure or a related sector.
  • Strong project, people and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Rail experience, COSS and SMSTS are desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full project lifecycle, from planning through to delivery.
  • Leading and developing site managers and field teams.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.
  • Managing client relationships and providing clear project updates.
  • Overseeing compliance with HSQE and rail industry standards.
  • Identifying opportunities for future works and business growth.
