Quantity Surveyor - Saxton Recruitment is partnering with a privately‑owned contractor based in Nottinghamshire to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of projects ranging from £250k to £5m.

The initial project is a bespoke new build residence which features a swimming pool and healthcare facilities and is situated near Dronfield (£3m).
