Quality Team Leader

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Team Leader to join our team in Scarborough. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead a team of 18 Quality Inspectors, driving excellence in inspection processes and supporting the Head of Quality in delivering high standards across the department. If you are passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and team development, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in quality inspection and manufacturing systems, with proven experience in applying inspection techniques and quality systems in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent supervisory and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Proficiency in IT systems and data presentation is essential, as is a valid driving license and the flexibility to travel, including overnight and international trips. While not mandatory, qualifications such as ISO:9001 Internal Auditor and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt would be highly beneficial and demonstrate a commitment to professional development and process excellence.
