Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety, and Food Hygiene (certificates must be provided)
• Previous experience working in a quality role within a production environment
• Experience of managing and attending audits, including GFSI audits (e.g. BRC, ISO 22001)

Responsibilities

• Ensure HACCP and Quality Systems are correctly implemented, monitored, and controlled
• Support the Group Quality Team and Production Manager with the implementation of new quality systems
• Facilitate internal and external audits ensuring timely corrective actions
