This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact while working with cross-functional teams.This role is based in Folkestone, Kent, on site between our Manufacturing Plant and our R&D Facility for 3 days per week.Key Responsibilities:* Coordinate and manage training programs across UK/EU, including tracking and reporting progress.* Assign and monitor training through SABA and eDMS systems.* Maintain training matrices and provide metrics to leadership.* Support internal and external audits (MDR, ISO 22716, ISO 13485).* Develop and update procedures to ensure compliance.* Analyse data, prepare summaries, and present recommendations.* Collaborate cross-functionally to meet regulatory requirements and improve processes.Education & Experience:* Degree from an accredited institution in a related field.* 3+ years of technical experience with a proven track record.* Specialist knowledge in consumer products, medical devices, food, dietary supplements, or pharmaceuticals.* Experience contributing to functional execution with some direction.A keen eye for details, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. A proactive self-starter, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving.
