  • Ensuring paperwork is accurate, up to date, and stored correctly.

Quality Document Controller
Location: Warrington
Shifts: Mon- Fri, 7.5 hrs per day
Pay rate: £13.00

No deep technical background needed - just good organisation skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn!

About the Role

You\'ll play an important part in keeping the site running smoothly by helping manage and update key documents that support product quality and compliance. Full training will be provided.

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Updating and organising Quality System documents
  • Uploading, reviewing, and releasing documents using an electronic document system
  • Helping prepare documents for approval
  • Providing day-to-day admin support to the Quality, Manufacturing, and Technical teams
  • Making sure paperwork is accurate, up to date, and stored correctly
  • Getting involved in simple improvements to how documents are managed
What We\'re Looking For
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Someone organised who can follow processes
  • A clear communicator who likes keeping things tidy and on track

Bonus (not essential):

  • Any experience in admin, manufacturing, quality, or a regulated setting
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 13485)
  • Experience using electronic document systems
  • Science background
