Two exciting opportunities have arisen to join Milestones Trust as Quality Auditors
We have two exciting opportunities to join Milestones Trust as Quality Auditors. This role is key to ensuring we deliver the highest standards of care and support across our services. Acting as a critical friend, you will provide constructive feedback and guidance to help services maintain compliance and continuously improve.
You will be part of a small, supportive team, working closely with operational managers and reporting to the Lead Auditor. The role involves conducting audits and reviews, and reporting findings via constructive, supportive verbal and written feedback to services across all divisions and locations of Milestones Trust. The audits and reviews focus on all aspects of operational processes and support services to be compliant with regulations, guidelines and safe, best practices.
