Job Title: Quality and Compliance Partner • Location: Leeds • Salary: £52,000 per year • Working Hours: 37.5 per week • Service: Children’s Services / Supported Accommodation • Service Users: Children and young people in residential care and supported accommodation • Qualifications Required: Strong knowledge of The Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and The Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 • Experience in Years Required: Experience of auditing, inspection, or quality assessment in children’s social care Employment Type: Permanent • Other Requirements: Driving licence, access to a car, and willingness to travel regularly for work purposes
You will lead and manage quality assurance and compliance activities across children’s residential services and supported accommodation in the region. This hybrid role includes three days onsite auditing and the remainder of the week working remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining high standards of oversight.
