Qualifications

• Has previous internal audit experience.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of legal labelling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and co‑coordinate the work of QA teams.
• Direct the delivery of the quality management system.
• Monitor key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health Safety and Environment Policy.

Skills

Internal audit experience

Knowledge of HACCP principles

Intermediate Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate

Knowledge of allergen facilities

Ability to use Word and Excel

Micro awareness

Understanding of risk assessments

Education

Degree level with a Food specialism or equivalent
