The Department operates from a strong theoretical base in Applied Behavior Analysis. Responsibilities include completing assessments of cognitive and adaptive skills, and functional assessments of severe behavior disorders, developing comprehensive training and treatment programs, providing staff training and management services, assisting other staff in conducting systematic analysis of intervention efforts, and participating in interdisciplinary process. The psychologist will be assigned according to agency needs and will serve individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities and severe behavior disorders.
