Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to diagnose and formulate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of best practice evidence‑based interventions for a diverse range of mental health issues and clientele.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records, adhering to ethical and professional standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in psychological research, interventions, and regulations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices within the clinic.
  • Develop quality reports for GP’s, NDIS, schools and various organisations.
  • Conduct groups or workshops when needed.
  • Assist in developing required workshops or educational program content.
  • Engage in networking during periods of slow clientele.
  • Engage with stakeholders and relevant agencies.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Registration with AHPRA and PsyBA (or waiting for registration).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, team and stakeholders.
  • Accurate and efficient report‑writing skills.
  • Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Approved Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (or willingness to obtain).

Pay Structure for Full‑time (pro rata for part‑time)
  • Provisional: Starting $86,000-$90,000 annually (access to free supervision onsite after work hours).
  • Registered: $120,000-$130,000 annually.
  • Clinical: $135,000 - $150,000 annually.
