• Achieve 95%+ error‑free submissions
• Maximise diary capacity and same‑day submissions
• Receive excellent customer reviews

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• CAS status ideal but not essential
• Experience in advising on protection products
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, telephone‑based environment
• Exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills
• Full UK driving licence
