Qualifications

• Proven experience in completing investigations and presenting evidence at court.
• Good working knowledge of investigatory legislation including PACE and CPIA.
• Ability to work with external stakeholders and diverse teams in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with relevant parties to capture evidence and/or intelligence.
• Attend court to present evidence and liaise with legal teams.
• Complete investigation tasks as allocated by the Prosecution Manager.
• Review and analyse data to support investigations.
