This role is working as part of a brilliant team of surveyors and building consultants in the Property industry, you will be administering a portfolio of commercial properties.

If you have worked in property management and have experience in tasks such as the ones listed below, then we want to hear from you!

Tasks Include
  • Reading leases and completing application forms, lease updates, etc.
  • Helping prepare service charge budgets and reconciliations
  • First point of contact for tenants, and dealing with correspondence
  • Updating the property management system
  • Site inspections and reviewing completed works e.g. insurance claims
  • Ensure compliance with void insurance obligations
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance activity

Does that all sound like duties you're confident doing? Great! Then here's the important stuff:

Location: Birmingham office, a short walk from the train station, with some home working available

Hours: 20 hours per week, ideally 5 short days, but happy to be flexible/discuss different options

Salary: £28,000 full time, pro rata amount is £15,000 for 20 hours
