Role Description
Join our Lisburn Road office as a Property Manager and play a key role in supporting clients and managing properties. You’ll handle day-to-day landlord and tenant queries, coordinate repairs and maintenance, carry out routine inspections, and manage tenancy renewals and turnovers. You’ll also maintain accurate compliance records and liaise with contractors, suppliers, building management, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and committed to delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
Hours: 39.5 - 5 days (8.30am to 5.30pm Mon - Thurs, 8.30am to 5pm Fridays)
