A charitable organization in Glasgow is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to ensure a high standard of property maintenance across their portfolio. This role involves carrying out repairs, ensuring compliance, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance or construction and must possess a valid driving license. Benefits include substantial annual leave and life insurance from day one.
Due to growth within the programme we are recruiting for a Property Maintenance Technician to join our Property Services team.
Our Property team is responsible for the management of a portfolio of over 500 properties varying in size throughout Glasgow and the team consists of general administration, maintenance workers, technicians, painters and joiners. The Maintenance Technician will play a key role ensuring the properties within our portfolio are maintained to a high standard and meet all compliance regulations.

We’re looking for someone that can demonstrate work experience in a maintenance, engineering or construction environment and you will also have the ability to plan and organise your workload with competing demands and deadlines.
A full valid driving license is an essential requirement.
