The Role

You will join a busy and high‑performing property litigation team and be responsible for managing a varied caseload, including:

  • Adverse possession claims
  • Easements and rights of way
  • Rights to light and restrictive covenants
  • Disputes arising from property developments and asset management

Candidate Requirements

You will have:

  • 3–6 years’ post‑qualification experience in commercial property litigation
  • Strong technical knowledge, particularly in landlord and tenant matters wijn\lying

  • A commercial, practical mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
