Join Our Dynamic Estate Agency Team as part of Front of House & assisting with Admin Support

Are you an organized, friendly, and proactive individual with a passion for property and people? We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic team player to be the welcoming face of our Stonehaven branch and provide vital administrative support to our estate agency team.

About Role

As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play a key role in delivering a professional and positive experience. You’ll also support the team behind the scenes- helping to market properties, manage client communications, and keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Welcoming clients and handling front-of-house reception duties
  • Supporting the team with property marketing, including selecting photography and managing home reports
  • Preparing sales and purchase documentation
  • Managing listings on property portals and coordinating price changes
  • Handling calls, emails, and web enquiries
  • Organising post, keys, and signage
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and general office admin
What We’re Looking For
  • A natural organiser with a methodical approach
  • Minimum of 3 Highers (including English)
  • Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Friendly, professional, and reliable
  • HND in Business Management or Secretarial Studies
  • Experience in estate agency or legal admin
  • Knowledge of property sales processes and terminology
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
