A leading project management organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a WMS Project Lead to ensure successful project implementations. Join our team as a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Project Lead and play a crucial role in ensuring successful project implementations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead WMS project implementations from research to go-live, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to convey requirements, monitor software development progress, and manage testing phases
  • Resolve issues on-site during system integration and go-live stages to expedite project completion
  • Maintain clear communication with clients throughout project lifecycle for seamless implementation
  • Summarize project experiences, create training materials, share industry case studies, and contribute to implementation methodology
Requirements
  • Expertise in WMS functionality and implementation methodologies
  • Hands‑on experience with at least one mainstream WMS product (e.g., SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, Manhattan, Blue Yonder)
  • Deep domain knowledge in logistics/supply chain industries
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken)
  • Willingness to travel frequently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL
  • Self‑driven problem‑solver with proactive attitude and ability to work independently under pressure
