Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end release processes in a complex IT development environment.
• Influence stakeholders and effectively communicate business needs and flows to offshore development teams.
• Ensure that agile delivery methodologies are applied and continuously improved.
• Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
• Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead and coordinate the Go‑Live activities, including the execution of deployment plans and checklists.
