About The Role

We’re looking for a Program Lead to spearhead our existing and new initiatives, delivering a range of bootcamps, programmes, events and sessions that support delegates, students, partners, sponsors and speakers. This role involves curating and designing content, sourcing speakers, building a mentoring community, representing the Foundation at industry events, and nurturing relationships with key sponsors and supporters.

Responsibilities
  • Curate and design bootcamps, programmes, events and sessions.
  • Deliver sessions, source relevant speakers and create cohesive programmes.
  • Collaborate with delegates, students, partners, sponsors and speakers to maximise the value and impact of programmes.
  • Build a community of mentors and supporters within the broader financial services community.
  • Represent the Verve Foundation at industry events, promotional activities and in trade press.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key sponsors and supporters.
  • Support the recruitment of a Programme Support officer.
About You
  • Self‑starter with autonomy and creativity to design delivery approaches.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to balance growth with limited resources.
  • Minimum Level 4 financial services qualification and deep industry knowledge.
  • Leadership experience and ability to nurture future hires.
