This role focuses on supporting the Fulbright Awards programmes, specifically the US Awards branch, which involves facilitating opportunities for US-based applicants to engage in postgraduate study, summer programmes, or research initiatives in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

The position includes assisting the programme managers in administrative tasks, with an emphasis on:

  • Application management: Handling the receipt and processing of US applications.
  • Selection coordination: Organising and managing interview panels and preparing all relevant materials for the scholar selection process.
  • Event logistics: Managing the logistics for key programme events hosted for Fulbright scholars in the UK and the US, including arranging venues, catering, and accommodation.
  • Scholar support: Responding to scholars’ questions, addressing their needs, and providing assistance during their time with the programme.
