An educational services organization in Cambridge is seeking a Program Coordinator for summer programs to lead a team of supervisors. This role involves overseeing daily logistics, ensuring effective staff training, and maintaining student welfare during activities. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a background in working with young people. Residing on-site overnight during programs is required, which occur throughout July and August 2026.
The Program Coordinator(s) will be available for the duration of our summer programs and will liaise with the Program Director and the rest of the senior team to provide direct guidance and leadership to a large team of supervisors. They will help oversee the training of the supervisory team and ensure the team are well-informed and supported at all times, and have a clear understanding of all processes and procedures. They will oversee the daily activity schedule, allocate supervisory staff to all afternoon and evening activities, all daily duties and coordinate other essential logistics for supervisors such as time‑off, performance reviews and training. They will also be responsible for problem‑solving and offering solutions and contingencies where required for the daily schedule.

Please note – there will be compulsory Induction Training in Cambridge during the Friday and Saturday of your first program (these dates are shown above). If you have a graduation ceremony scheduled on these days we may be able to make alternative arrangements for your on‑boarding. Please get in touch if you need to.

To provide direct guidance and leadership to a large team of supervisors, to oversee and maintain an overview of the daily non‑academic program logistics including activities and events, staff meetings, time‑off, logistics and training.
