Your role is focused on caring for bikes so their riders can enjoy every moment on them. You’ll also be one of the first to work with brand‑new models before they hit the shop floor, something many people find especially exciting.Most importantly, you’ll build trust with customers who rely on your expertise to keep their gear running beautifully. As the Lead Technician, you’ll complete over half of the team’s repairs, taking on the most complex work with accuracy, confidence, and care.This is a role where your experience, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills will really shine.
