Qualifications

• Experience as a competent Service Engineer in a production/commercial environment.
• Passion for fault finding and resolution within electromechanical environments.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot root cause of problems on Production Print devices.
• Achieve a high first-time fix rate under service level agreements.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.
• Assist, coach, and mentor Service Engineers as part of the team.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and health & safety protocols.
