Plating Operator Key Responsibilities
  • Operating manual chemical plating lines as required in various coatings including Zinc, Zinc-nickel, Electroless nickel, Gold and Silver
  • Monitoring production tanks by analysis and making chemical additions as required
  • Carrying out X-ray testing for thickness of various coatings
  • Filling job cards with all relevant details of process carried out
Plating Operator Qualifications & Experience
  • Educated to standard grade level
  • Demonstrable examples of dexterity
  • Experience of working to high quality standards on precision components (desirable)
  • Must be health & safety conscious
  • Plating experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
Plating Operator Skills & Behaviours

What’s in it for you?
  • Full time, permanent contract, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Once fully trained, you’ll move onto a two‑shift rotation, covering early and backshifts
