Overview

Allied Reliability is seeking 3 Production Operator for chemical warehousing operations.

Responsibilities
  • Align and perform chemical transfers from storage tanks to reaction or blend units.
  • Perform daily rounds for regulatory and other plant equipment.
  • Train new employees and less advanced operators as outlined by LEADs.
  • Perform duties as outlined by the ERP (Emergency Response Plan).
  • Perform blend operations as assigned.
  • Perform reaction operations with the guidance of an A Operator or LEAD.
  • Document batch progression on batch tickets, including but not limited to time, temperature, pressure, and quantities.
  • Charge dry chemical to reaction units as outlined by Batch Tickets under the direction of an A Operator or LEAD.
  • Take quality samples as outlined by Batch Tickets and/or LEADs.
  • Notify the LEAD of any abnormalities found while performing rounds or blends.
  • Package materials as required and maintain quality standards of packaged products.
  • Perform bulk tank truck loading/unloading as required.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Environmental
  • Dispose of packaging materials and waste responsibly, following environmental guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure environmental sustainability practices are upheld.
Regulatory (Safety Measures)
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ensure Operators utilize appropriate PPE for assigned tasks.
  • Follow established regulatory protocols for material handling and unloading procedures.
  • Participate in safety training sessions and adhere to safety policies.
  • Comply with local, state, and federal regulations related to operations and material handling
