Location: Kirkham, Preston | U.K.
Type: Full-time | Permanent

Working Hours: Mon-Fri | Rotating Shifts | 6 am to 2 pm / 1.55 pm – 9.55 pm

We are seeking Production Operatives to join our team!

Previous experience in manufacturing, specifically tablet production or machinery operation in food or pharmaceutical environments, is highly desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Comfort with wearing PPE is required, as it is essential for this role.

How You Will Make an Impact

You will work alongside skilled production staff to manufacture and package vitamins & supplements according to specifications, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Health & Safety standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to strip, clean, assemble, and operate all tablet-making and packing machinery
• Maintain tooling and equipment to a high standard
• Follow all cGMP and safety procedures during equipment assembly and operation
• Monitor and report any equipment issues immediately
• Accurately record and report process and quality checks
• Meet production schedules and targets
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized using 5S principles
• Follow health and safety reporting procedures to maintain a safe working environment
