Job description

Hours of work: 8am – 5pm. Overtime as required

Accountable to: Operations Manager/ HR Director

The Role

The Production Office Manager will ensure smooth, efficient, and well-organised running of the Production Office. This includes coordinating Production Project Managers, supporting the Operations Manager, managing follow-through actions from meetings and producing daily PDDs (Planned Daily Deliverables) for every operative.

In addition, the role provides key support to the HR Director and Supply Chain Manager to ensure compliance with all H&S, IMS requirements and accreditation standards.

The Production Office Manager will act as the organisational hub, ensuring clarity, accountability, compliance and structure across the production environment.

You will need experience in production and/or manufacturing, H&S, and compliance, and be a trustworthy individual capable of managing confidential information.
