Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in production engineering.
• Proven experience in a production engineering environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate handover of projects from engineering to manufacturing.
• Design and produce tooling, jigs, and fixtures for manufacturing.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product manufacture.
• Provide support for all plant equipment including machinery and tooling.
• Assist with sourcing and installation of new manufacturing equipment.
• Identify areas for cost-saving and implement efficiency strategies.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues in manufacturing.
• Coordinate tasks for the team and may mentor junior members.
