Remuneration: £30,000 – £40,000 FTE- plus £1000 working from home allowance
Contract Type: Permanent / Full time - 40hours per week
Location: Home-based/various UK meeting locations as required

The Product Operations Lead plays a key role in supporting the launch and delivery of new patient pathway services. Working closely with the Product Owner, Clinical Leads, and Technical Delivery teams, the role supports smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating processes, maintaining clear and accurate documentation, and enabling effective communication across stakeholders.
In addition to product operations, the role includes line management and day-to-day leadership of the administrative team supporting new service delivery. The postholder will help set clear expectations, support professional development, and ensure operational standards are consistently met. This role is well suited to someone looking to develop a career in product management and service delivery within a fast‑paced, mission‑driven healthcare environment.
This is a home‑based role (applicants must reside in the UK), though occasional travel may be required for face‑to‑face meetings at various locations within the UK.
Highly organised and detail‑focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. You will communicate clearly and confidently, build positive working relationships, and bring a supportive, structured approach to leading and developing others. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to balance competing demands will be essential.
