The Role

The Product Development Executive will collaborate with the Product Development Manager to research and develop new product portfolios, establish and maintain supplier relationships, and create product workbooks for internal handovers and on-location execution. Additionally, they will work closely with teams and suppliers to assess and ensure products meet established criteria. They will also be involved in negotiating best commercial rates and renewing ongoing agreements to enhance supplier relationships.

Reporting to the Product Development Manager, the key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Product and Strategy Planning
  • Research Analysis and Forecasting
  • Product Development and Management
  • Quality Management
  • Assisting at events, as required.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and ability to demonstrate flexibility and initiative.
  • Ability to improve processes and systems.
  • Ability to work within a busy environment, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to build professional relationships with people from a range of backgrounds and cultures adapting the message accordingly
  • Ability to negotiate with a variety of different suppliers.
  • Ability to self-manage and motivate.
  • Able to travel, including overseas, and be flexible with working hours.
  • To be able to speak a foreign language.
  • Passionate about adventure travel.
  • Knowledge about adventure travel destinations and markets
  • Open water swimmer

  • LOCATION: Office based - located on Brighton Beach (Sea Lanes) overlooking a 50m pool and the sea
  • SALARY: Market rate
  • HOLIDAYS: 33 days (inc. Bank Holidays)
  • WORKING HOURS: Full time based on 37.5 hours a week
  • FLEXIBLE HOURS: Between 8AM-6PM with remote working options.
