Base pay range

$7,200.00/yr - $8,400.00/yr

The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior E-commerce Catalog & Market Research Specialist to manage end-to-end e-commerce listings for IT hardware and electronic products from top brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, and others. This role requires in-depth market research skills, content optimization expertise, and hands-on experience with catalog tools and platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis across leading e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings across internal platforms and partner channels
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned product images, banners, and A+ content
  • Ensure accurate product titles, bullet points, specs, pricing, taxonomy, and SEO-rich descriptions
  • Maintain compliance with category-specific guidelines for electronic/MSP products
  • Monitor listing performance, identify issues (e.g., suppressed listings, poor visibility), and resolve them
  • Coordinate with procurement and brand teams to onboard new products efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, e-commerce policies, and algorithm changes
Ideal Profile
Required Skills
  • Product Research of North America/Global Catalogue
  • Proven experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Magento, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of catalog structure, listing best practices, and platform compliance
  • Strong knowledge of electronics/IT product specs and positioning
  • Basic design sense and experience coordinating with graphic designers for product creatives
  • Excellent Excel and data handling skills for bulk uploads
  • Strong research and analytical skills to map competitive benchmarks
  • Familiarity with GTINs, ASINs, barcoding, inventory mapping, and PIM systems
Preferred
  • Experience in B2B or MSP product listings
  • Hands-on knowledge of product data sheets, brand manuals, and warranty documentation
  • Understanding of SEO for product listings
Experience
  • 5–7 years minimum in e-commerce catalog management, product research, and marketplace operations (preferably in electronics or IT hardware categories).
