After more than 20 years at the forefront of renewable energy solutions, we're looking for an experienced M&E procurement professional ready to bring their expertise into the fast-growing renewables sector.

This opportunity is for you if you're a hands-on procurement specialist with strong experience in M&E equipment and services procurement.

Responsibilities

• As Procurement and Supply Chain Manager, you\'ll work closely with our Operations and Finance teams to strengthen the backbone that supports Myriad\'s ambitious growth plans.
• Apply your proven M&E procurement skills to sourcing equipment for renewable energy installations - solar PV systems, battery storage, heat pumps, and associated electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Lead all procurement activities and negotiate supplier contracts for M&E equipment, and manage stock control in stores and vans.
• Collaborate with operational teams across Projects, Operations, Stores, Service & Maintenance to reduce costs, optimise service delivery, and maximise profitability.
• Evaluate suppliers based on procurement processes, specifications, and quality standards, making informed decisions.

About you

• Experienced M&E procurement professional with a proven track record in procuring electrical and mechanical equipment from construction, building services, HVAC, facilities management, or related sectors.
• Strong process knowledge of M&E equipment and services procurement, including specifications, quality standards, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Eager to transition into renewable energy - excited about applying procurement expertise to a sector making environmental impact.
• Hands-on operator who delivers results through direct involvement and practical problem-solving.
• Initiative and ownership with a tendency to turn problems into opportunities and deliver tangible results.
• Ambitious to shape business strategy beyond following procurement procedures.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to identify cost-saving opportunities, qualify new suppliers, and drive profitability while meeting client needs.
• Procurement or Supply Chain qualifications (CIPS or equivalent preferred).
• Unrestricted right to work in the UK.
