Projects will focus on the development of novel processes and creating breakthrough technologies that will shape the future of our business. You will work as a hands-on researcher, helping to design, run, and analyse experiments that advance our understanding of composite materials and their processing. **We count on you for:** * Supporting engineers and scientists in developing novel manufacturing processes for composite materials, from early concept through to development and scale-up * Running experiments and trials with a high level of attention to detail, following scientific and engineering methods * Operating laboratory and pilot-scale equipment safely and reliably * Preparing, handling, and processing samples for testing, measurement, and visual/physical evaluation * Recording experimental data clearly and accurately, including statistical analysis where required * Contributing to method development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities * Collaborating with colleagues across Research & Innovation and supporting smooth operation of the research centre **You can count on us for:** * A varied and exciting role with new technical challenges every day * Opportunities to build deep hands-on expertise in composites, manufacturing, research methods, and data handling * Access to well-equipped laboratories and tools designed for exploratory and experimental work * A collaborative environment where learning, curiosity, and technical growth are encouraged **You will bring:** * Education in a relevant technical subject (Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or similar).
