A leading consulting firm is looking for CTA qualified personal tax Managers and top-end Assistant Managers for an advisory-focused role in Cambridge. The role involves advising high net worth entrepreneurs and families on tax planning, with the opportunity to work closely with esteemed Partners. The position offers hybrid working, flexible hours, and a competitive salary ranging from £60k to £70k, along with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong technical grasp of income tax, CGT and IHT planning for high net worth individuals, including trusts.
• Experience advising new-money entrepreneurial private clients.
• Valued experience in succession planning and/or international personal tax.

Responsibilities

• Advise HNW entrepreneurs, business owners, families, trusts and landed wealth on income, capital and inheritance tax planning.
• Work closely with respected Partners, developing technical, managerial and business development experience.

Qualifications

• Strong technical grasp of income tax, CGT and IHT planning for HNWIs, including trusts.
• Experience advising new‑money entrepreneurial private clients.
• Valued: succession planning and/or international personal tax (FIG regime, residence).

Working Conditions & Compensation

Hybrid working and flexible hours, with homeworking possible 2-3 days a week. Salary £60k‑£70k + benefits.

Progression

Opportunity to progress to Senior Manager and Director grades.
