A technology consulting firm is seeking a Principal or Senior Service Architect to lead service design for Defence Digital programmes. Salary: Negotiable, plus car allowance, plus up to 10% performance bonus*, plus excellent benefits package.

Our existing programmes of work are expanding rapidly, and we have urgent requirements for a Principal or Senior Service Architect, to enable us to continue to deliver at an accelerated rate. Ideally you will have current or recent experience leading the design and engineering delivery of complex IT transformation, either within Defence or Security organisations.
As a Service Architect working on critical Defence Digital programmes, you will be responsible for all aspects of service design, service catalogue maintenance and monitoring of service effectiveness. The role will engage with the development of service design from the conceptual design phase through to live delivery, specifically you will:
The ideal candidate will be both experienced and invested in ensuring that our clients’ solutions are effective and secure and will have the inter‑personal skills needed to do this, e.g. ability to lead workshops, engage with business leaders, and drive the secure solutions required to meet complex and competing requirements. With your delivery experience you will be comfortable operating in a ‘customer friend’ type role, supporting clients understand, trade and optimise their solutions to deliver operational capabilities within their project constraints.
You will also be comfortable enhancing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and experience developing proposals and tender submissions in pursuit of new business opportunities.
Employment is subject to satisfactory BPSS and SC security clearance which requires 5 years continuous UK address history at the point of application. Travel to client sites and Logiq offices will be required.
