Cambridge Health Alliance's Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a nationally recognized model of care that serves adults aged 55 and older living with chronic medical and/or mental health challenges.
At CHA PACE, our mission is to support our program participants in achieving the highest level of independence within their communities and preventing nursing home placement. Our high-functioning interdisciplinary team supports this goal by providing fully integrated medical and behavioral health services, community resources, and home-based care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
We are currently seeking a Practice Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic and compassionate PACE team at the CHA East Cambridge Care Center. This front-facing role is crucial to the success of our program, acting as the first point of contact for participants and visitors, as well as ensuring a welcoming and organized outpatient experience. The ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented, highly organized, and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This individual will facilitate effective communication among our health providers and participants, as well as serve as a link between other CHA departments, outside service agencies, and consulting providers.
